GERMANY IS ABOUT TO MAKE THEIR BIGGEST MISTAKE IN NIGERIA

The German government said on the 6th of June 2016 that they will commence the supply of military hardware to support Nigeria effort to address security challenges in its fight against Boko-Haram and also in the Niger Delta region, before the end of 2016. First of all, let me state this as a very bad move by the German government. Supplying weapons to Nigeria, especially now that president Buhari is in power is the greatest mistake, Markus Ederer and his German government will make in Nigeria.



Why do that? Are you trying to tell me that Germany is blind to the events occurring in Nigeria? Are they blind to the fact that the Nigeria is on top of list with the poorest human right records in the world? The Nigeria Armed Forces don't use their weapons to fight against terrorism but to oppress innocent civilians, which am very sure the German government knows. So to empower Nigeria with more sophisticated hardware, is a very dumb and careless move by the German government. Take a look at president Muhammadu Buhari human right record, that man is a bloodthirsty dictator, who don't care about lives but only concerned about power by enforcing his law on innocent civilians. This is a man, who clearly hates democracy but pretends to embrace it. He hates the Igbo-Biafrans in Nigeria and he's also willing to go to any limit in making sure the Igbo-Biafrans are either wiped out or bloodbathed as long as they keep asking for freedom and Germany is willing to help him accomplish all that by supplying his Armed forces weapons that could lead to another civil war? That's crazy!

Let's not forget, Biafra civil war 1967, which was One of the most tragic episodes in human history, and a damning indictment on post-colonial Africa, the civil wars that have raged in Nigeria-Biafra cannot be summarized, nor the atrocities committed be properly articulated in such a short article, condemning the extreme violence perpetuated in the name of religion, discrimination and oil. The Buhari's administration is really provoking another civil war by giving the Nigeria armed forces license to shoot and kill not just unarmed Biafrans who are peacefully seeking freedom from the British-Nigeria government but also innocent civilian who pose a threat to his government. Buhari, says he will do everything in his power to make sure Biafrans do not breakaway from Nigeria, even if it means killing every single Biafran and his kept to his word. Over 4000 Biafrans have been killed in 365 days into Buhari's government.



So tell me Germany, what do you want to accomplish by selling weapons to Nigeria? And don't tell me "the fight against terror" because Boko-Haram was the making of Northern politicians and Buhari knows who they are, or is it Niger Delta Militants? Nigeria created Niger Delta Militants by pushing them to endless suffering and poverty, spilling oil all over their lands, making it inhabitable and infertile. So Germany as you can see, the Nigeria government doesn’t really need weapons but separation. When I mean separation, I mean encourage Nigeria to conduct a referendum, that way everyone can decide want they really want.

Instead of giving Buhari weapons, teach and train both him and his army on how to respect Human Rights Law. Germany, please offer the Nigeria government assistance in conducting a referendum, instead of offering them weapons to kill unarmed Biafrans again.
