It is important to make it clear to the world that the Nigerian state under Tyrant Muhammadu Buhari, is hell-bent on jailing the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra/Director of Radio Biafra and Biafra TV, Nnamdi Kanu, at all cost, for no other reason than asking for independence of the Biafran people from the evil contraption, Nigeria. In a bid to achieving their evil plan, the Muhammadu Buhari- led government through Buhari’s Puppet, John Tsoho has been applying different strategies in the Court, to pervert justice against Nnamdi Kanu. It can be recalled that on 29th January 2016, Justice John Tsoho denied Nnamdi Kanu bail on three baseless grounds:
1) Nnamdi Kanu was a threat to national security.
2). That if released, Nnamdi Kanu might commit the same offense again.
3) That there was a probability that Nnamdi Kanu might jump bail because he possessed dual citizenship. Thereafter, on 19th February 2016, Justice Tsoho dismissed the application by the federal
government to have a secret trial and masking of witness bearers against Nnamdi Kanu, but on March 7, 2016, Justice Tsoho reversed himself, perhaps after he was summoned by his paymaster,
Emperor Muhammadu Buhari, and said that Nnamdi Kanu will be tried secretly and with masked witnesses. Is this not enough proof that this John Tsoho is biased? Nigerian government has been delaying Kanu’s trial because of Muhammadu Buhari and his evil errand boys, the DSS, want enough time to fabricate something that will seem to be true in the eyes of the international community, as an evidence to jail him. But they will fail.They have been dropping and changing charges against him; from “conspiracy and terrorism”, down to “treasonable felony”. This is because they
cannot find anything against him. I will not be surprised if the DSS comes up with fresh charges against him on 26th September 2016. Maybe, this time, they will charge him for treason. Laughable.
But the questions is: where in the world do you detain someone and keep looking for things to indict him with, especially in this dispensation of democracy?
As at the last Court sitting, John Tsoho insisted that Nnamdi Kanu must have a secret trial with masked witnesses. As a matter of fact, people were practically hindered from gaining access to the
Courtroom by the DSS, only a few members of the Press were allowed to enter. By that effect, John Tsoho automatically instituted secret trial in Nigeria. This is condemnable. Nnamdi Kanu through his lawyer filed an appeal for 'stay of proceedings' against John Tsoho, but John Tsoho insisted on presiding over the case till the end of it. It is obvious that John Tsoho is desperate to fulfill the wish of his paymaster, Muhammadu Buhari. Pathetic However, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, worldwide, are saying “NO” to secret trial and masked witnesses against our leader, Nnamdi Kanu, and also calling for the resignation of the biased Justice Tsoho from this case because it is very clear that he has conflicting interests, and his judgment will always be a perversion of justice against Nnamdi Kanu.
