According to eyewitness reports, all the schools and major markets in Port Harcourt, Aba, Onitsha, Asaba, Akwa Ibom, Calabar and several other major cities are currently shut down in observance of the sit-at-home order issued by pro-Biafra group, indigenous people of Biafra.
