THE INVASION, ARSON AND BRUTAL MURDER AT BARR EJIOFOR'S HOME IN ORAIFITE BY NIGERIA SECURITY OPERATIVES

Today, at Federal High Court Awka in Anambra State were Team of Lawyers representing Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Lawyer to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) in a case filed against the Nigeria Police, Nigeria Army, the DSS and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Recall that on 2nd day of December 2019, the Nigeria Police Force, DSS, the Army and other Security Agencies invaded the home of Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor during the funeral rites of his brother. 

In this unprovoked attack, four lives were lost, the home of Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor was completely burned down. The neighborhood was not spared, over 20 shops containing goods worth millions were also burned down. Animals were set ablaze and so many people sustained injuries from gunshots. It was a very huge carnage that left the entire Community mourning.

Bodies of two of the four men killed were taken away by the Police and set ablaze. The families of these young men are still expecting the bodies of their loved ones for formal burial.

Today, the Team of Lawyers to Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor led by  Barr Nnaemeka Ejiofor, were in Court to demand enforcement of fundamental Rights of Barr Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Rights to Properties, to Life, and Rights to fair hearing in all it's ramifications. 

The IPOB Media Personnel Mazi Tony Asomba who was present in Court, had a brief interview with the Team of Lawyers. 

According to him, in the words of Barr Nnaemeka Ejiofor, 

"We are here to challenge Impunity, Absurdity and total disregard to Rule of Law as perpetrated by the Nigeria Police, the DSS, Nig Army, Federal Government of Nigeria and other Security Agencies who invaded the home of our Client on the 2nd of December 2019, killing four young men, burned down houses and environments, burned animals, Shops and took away two bodies of the four young men they killed. This for us is babaric, demonic and unconstitutional to say the least"

The Case was adjourned to 21st October 2020. 

For the Lawyers the adjournment of the case was not done in bad fate. They are very optimistic that justice will be granted eventually.

They include 14 foreign nationals from Cameroon, Chad and Niger.

The Coordinator, Operation Safe Corridor, Major General Bamidele Shafa made the announcement on Saturday.

The former fighters were freed at the DRR Camp in Mallam Sidi, Gombe State.

General Shafa said on arrival at the camp, “the clients went through documentation processes to obtain vital background information and were subjected to comprehensive medical screening to determine their health status”.

The military officer disclosed that their DNA samples were also collected and biometrics captured by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) for future references.

“The background information serves as a guide for the experts, Local Treatment Team (LTT) to properly place the clients for treatment therapies and vocational training.”

He added that LTT are specialised experts in various fields of deradicalisation and rehabilitation therapies drawn from the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCS).

Firstly I will begin by making it known that Tony Nnadi and Lower Niger Congress (NLC) doesn't represent the interest of the old Eastern region (Biafrans) in Nigeria with these points.

Lower Niger as a name is meaningless to us likewise the name Nigeria and has nothing to do in terms of describing us as people also has no identity as a name to identify whom we really are, in order hands is just a Pseudo name that can mean anything tomorrow if the group decides, the same devious way Nigeria was created by Britain, from Royal British company to a country. 

This ingenious confused group who claims they are fighting for Biafra is now in a movement known as Movement for New Nigeria  (MNN), which means they are trying to deceive our people to venture into another mess we know nothing about their secret evil motives.

Tony Nnadi is an ignorant intellectual, filled with envy, jealousy, greed, and hate, I know some people may misunderstand me now, but I have analyzed him myself and conclude this fact.

I have watched Tony Nnadi on a series of interviews both on worship Media, Prime View TV where he designates Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as criminal without any point of fact to prove his claims.

Tony Nnadi threatened to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB principal officers for no just reasonable reason, this threat was made by him in a leak Telephone conversation of him and a Reverend father.

During Tony's interview with Prime View TV, he affirmed he made the threat claiming that is because of those Biafrans who died under Nnamdi Kanu led Biafra struggle, which I dismissed as ignorance.

There is no serious struggle that people wouldn't pay the ultimate price and justifying ultimate sacrifice people paid for freedom as an error with threat is the height of idiocy.

Nnamdi Kanu is a well known good leader that can sacrifice anything sacrificial for freedom of Biafran people, I'm yet to see any serious sacrifice Tony Nnadi and his group made towards emancipating our people from the shackles of the evil contraption called Nigeria, instead, they keep on blaming Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB for their failure and lack intelligent steps to success.

Who are members of the Lower Niger Congress?

I know many of you want an answer to this question, listen I have done extensive research on this issue to be sincere I'm yet to identify anyone who is Member of Lower Niger Congress in (LNC).

Recall that LNC has to be in existence for many years now, but due to lack of progress and intellectual ignorance of its leadership, it fails woefully to make progress in all ramifications.

In as much I love quest to freedom, it wouldn't becloud my state of reasoning to expatiate between greedy, envy, and hate from any leader hidden under freedom group.

Tony Nnadi is not only intellectually ignorant but an evil entity in human form who seeks the downfall of those who has recorded progress in the guest to librate motherland Biafra.

Mrs. Sadiya Umar Farouq, a Fulani woman that is a Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Social Welfare told Nigerians that she spent N600billion feeding school kids during the lockdown but it never got this sort of attention that NDDC and Niger Delta Ministry are getting for the peanut size corruption compared to the Mountain of Corruption under this woman. 

Again, the same woman said her ministry had spent N250billion for palliatives to all Geopolitical Zones in Nigeria, yet nobody can claim that they got a dime from such claims. 

Now that is N850billion unaccounted for, yet the whole Nigeria is jolted by NDDC's N86 billion probe and you want me to make this issue a priority to mislead the whole of Nigeria that N86billion is greater N850billion???? 

Our people say that the sun shines first on those standing before it reaches those kneeling beneath them. When issues which by natural commonsense are supposed to quake Nigeria yet remain silent,  then know that something has gone amiss and when the one which is far less get mighty attention then know that something grave is about to go down. 

The Fulani and her allies has decided to scrap the NDDC and the Niger Delta Ministry which received less than 1% of our total oil and gas revenue combined. They structured the NDDC Act in 2000 to function the way it is functioning by being inefficient to deliver on the development on the development of the Niger Delta Region. 

They put all Nigerians there as Representatives and Supervisors making it a mini-Nigeria which is corrupt, so tell me how NDDC will work when Nigeria has not worked?

What we need concerning the NDDC and Niger Delta Ministry is reform away from the present structure that encourages corrupt practices same way we're asking for Nigeria to be restructured and not this senseless public drama to divert the attention of Nigerians and to deceive the world that corruption is being fought.

Villagers On The Run As Vigilantee And Fulani Herdsmen Clash In Imo State.

The Nation quoted an eye witness as saying that during the gun duel some of the villagers fled to take refuge in neighbouring communities.

The eyewitness further said the vigilantes from the community overwhelmed the herdsmen who later ran away.

Another eyewitness told The Nation the herdsmen were the same chased away recently from their neighbouring community, Emii.

He claimed they planned resettling in Orji before they were confronted by vigilantes in the area.

I can vividly recall when MNK, the Moses of our time, the greatest prophet, the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra - IPOB severally prophesied that those who authorized the Operation Python Dance [the Military Invasion of our land] must die one after the other.

Ever since then we've witnessed the demise of their arch commander as the Late Defacto President Abba Kyari, Chief of Army Staff- Tukur Buratai, And Now Isa Funtua And Still Counting As Some Others Are Already Down With Unidentified Sicknesses In Their Various Hiding Places.
Moreover, the late President Buhari died in 2017 as he mentioned that "over his dead body will BIAFRA have their SOVEREIGNTY".

We can also recall that many of the Emirs that stood firm in the decision that BIAFRA will never emerge have died during this pandemic because the Prophet Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said anyone who said so will die for Biafra to come.
